The road to health is on-going. Unlike fad diets and workout plans, there is no end game. Holistic health is a journey of evolution, self-reflection and transformation. We cannot heal ourselves by simply looking at one aspect of our life. The key is pursuing vitality in body, mind and spirit. The body is not strong if the mind is weak, and neither can truly thrive without the spirit.
